It's actually the opportunity to contribute to a future where food systems are sustainable, resilient and inclusive. More motivation comes from dedication of farmers who produce food despite numerous challenges and by the potential of agroecology to create positive change. Seeing communities adopting sustainable practices, strengthen their livelihood and become more resilient to climate change reminds me why this work matters and why I remain committed to it.
